Prior to joining Kontagent, Ryo served as the head of product and development at HopStop.com, a leading location-based application developer and publisher, after having spent 14 years in IT project management and strategic IT planning, leading very large-scale eCRM and big data projects for the largest organizations in their respective industries, including government, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and telecom. Ryo holds BA in Computer Science from University of California Berkeley and MBA from HEC Paris.
